Raised in an environment where hard work was non-negotiable, I’ve always believed that success is something you build — not something you wait for. That belief has guided every chapter of my journey, from becoming a single mother at a young age and learning how to figure it out, to eventually stepping into executive leadership roles and helping others do the same.
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with both small, family-owned businesses and large corporations. No matter the size of the organization, one thing has always been clear: strong leadership, strategy, and team development are the foundation of long-term success.
As the former Vice President of Operations and Sales, I had a front-row seat to the impact that structure, coaching, and strategy can have on a business. I also saw firsthand how many CEOs and business owners need guidance — not just in operations, but in becoming stronger leaders. That realization fueled my mission to create LeBreck & Co: a consulting firm built to help business owners lead with clarity, build strong teams, and implement the systems that drive real results.
Today, I specialize in coaching and developing leaders, training staff for excellence, and transforming disjointed businesses into unified, high-performing organizations. Whether it’s refining sales processes, improving customer service, building comprehensive training programs, or creating a culture of accountability, I bring a hands-on, people-first approach to every engagement.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom of two amazing kids. Family is my foundation and my why. I want my kids to see that no matter what life throws at you, you can do anything you want if you work hard enough. Everything I do in life and in business is rooted in the values of integrity, resilience, and empowerment.
